Washer repair FAQs

Question not covered? Call (919) 670-1009 and ask — we answer these all day.

Why won't my washer drain or spin?

Usually a clogged drain pump, a broken belt or lid switch, or a control fault. We find which one it is and get the cycle completing again.

Is a front-load washer leak usually the door seal?

Often yes — the door boot is a common leak point, but hoses, the pump, and the tub seal can also be the source. We pinpoint the exact leak before repairing it.

How much does washing machine repair cost?

We quote a flat rate after diagnosing. Most repairs cost far less than a new washer, but we will tell you honestly if replacement is the wiser choice.
