The form also records which page of this site you sent it from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch. We collect this only to respond to and fulfill your request.
The form asks you to confirm that we may contact you about your request. That consent covers replies by phone, text message and email about the repair you asked about — it is not a subscription to marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list from it.
